Aleska Génesis Released from Custody Amid Legal Battle

Aleska Génesis was linked to a process for her presumed participation in a gang dedicated to stealing luxury watches, following her arrest after leaving 'La Casa de los Famosos All Stars.' Although the model was under arrest, a judge decided to allow her to continue her process in freedom. The fifth eliminated contestant from the show spoke about her legal situation after her release, mentioning that she experienced an irregular situation in which her rights were unjustly violated.

In a statement on social media, Aleska thanked her supporters, mentioning that her family considered her detention to be a corrupt situation, pointing out errors in the model's procedure. Despite being free, Aleska admitted to not being in physical or emotional condition to make statements and expressed the need to heal and process what happened.

The model had already been arrested previously for the same crime in early 2024. Although she could not comment further on her current situation, she trusted that the truth would come to light over time and that justice would be served. The legal process against her was initiated by Francisco Javier Rodríguez Borgio, a businessman known as the 'Czar of Casinos.'

Borgio's lawyer indicated that Aleska Génesis is not a victim in the case, but a presumed responsible party whom they seek to hold accountable for the damage caused by the theft of watches. It is expected that the model will comply with the conditions imposed to remain free, which include periodic signing and not leaving the country while investigations are ongoing, with her immigration documents having been revoked. Aleska's family maintains that her arrest was arbitrary due to alleged irregularities in the arrest order.
